We, ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”), are providing this Online Portal to facilitate submission of monthly subscriber reports (“Subscriber Reports”) by all Distribution Platform Operators (“DPOs”) who have a subsisting interconnection agreement with ZEEL.
Over and above the aforesaid facility, the DPOs also have the option to submit and upload their "DPO caused audit report with all annexures" on this portal in terms of Regulation 15(1) of the TRAI Interconnection Regulations.
This online portal not only facilitates the submission of the “Subscriber Reports” and/or "DPO caused audit report", it also enables the DPOs to view the previously filed/submitted “Subscriber Reports” and "DPO caused audit report with all annexures" vide this online portal.
This online portal facility is devised and made available for the ease of doing business. This facility is in addition to and not a substitution to the mandatory Subscriber Reports to be submitted by the DPOs as per the terms of the interconnection agreement and applicable TRAI Regulations. The DPO shall be solely responsible and liable for all submissions made by it on this Online Portal.
The submission of “Subscriber Reports” and/or "DPO caused audit report" on this online portal shall not be deemed as accepted by ZEEL and shall be subject to ZEEL’s review and validation. ZEEL reserves its right to withdraw and/or suspend this Online Portal facility at any time without attributing any reasons for the same and/or without any obligation to provide advance notice.
